He is survived by: his wife Angie Heatherly of LaFollette; his children, Keaton Heatherly of Caryville and Morgan Kennedy of LaFollette; his grandchildren, Gracie and Braylee; his godson Luke Lindsay of Powell; and his brother Marty Heatherly of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
