He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack "Skeeter" Howard Pebley and Yvonne Marie Pebley; and his former wife Cathy Agee. He is survived by: his children, Jenny Elaine Overton and Patrick Pebley; his granddaughter Whitley Davidson (Zachary Davidson); and his son-in-law Corey Overton.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
