He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Alva Slover, Sr.; and his uncle Jack Slover. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Louise Slover (Bolton); his children, Stephen Thomas Slover and Molly Daniels (David); his grandchildren, Harley and Tommy Daniels; his siblings, Keith Slover (Debbie) and Dawna Cecil; and his nieces, Kortni, Toni and Kylie. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
