She is survived by: her children, Patricia Glandon (Robert), Michael Chavis (Melanie) and Zander Lewis; her grandchildren, Michael Dawson Chavis, Roger Chavis, Jr., Dameon Chavis, Victoria Chavis, Isabella Chavis and Nevaeh Goodman; her great grandchild Kinsley Chavis; her sisters, Teresa Chadwell Goins, Debbie Adkisson (Bryan), Brenda Chadwell, Carolyn Murray (Audie), Patricia Shelley and Talia Clouse; and her nieces and nephews, Tim Bolinger, Angie Bean, Tonya Hembree, Leona Cochran of Brittany Brummitt, J. R, Adkisson, Mark Bailey and Kevin Bailey.
