He is survived by: his wife Esther Ayers Caldwell; his children, Kerrie Dykes (Darrell), Jessie Collins and Donald Caldwell (Jewell); his stepsons, Robert Muse (Julie), Michael Muse (Angie) and Jason Muse Stephen Muse (Samantha); his grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, Chelsie (Nick), Isacc, Aaron, Clarissa (Tyler), Chasity, Josh, Austin, Skyler, Joseph, McKayla, Alyssa, Elizabeth and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Aubree, Cayden, Anthony, Aurora, Avery and Aiden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
