He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Blackwell; his children, James Blackwell and Rebecca Blackwell; his grandchildren, Sydney Blackwell, Shawn Chester and Steven Tyler Chester; his great grandchildren, Isabella Chester and Brooklyn Chester; and his siblings, Joe Blackwell (Edna), Robert Blackwell, Ruby Bratcher (Jerry) and Mary Boshears. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
