He was predeceased by: his father Roger Carl Riggs; his uncles, Richard "Dickie" Riggs, Elvis Snellings and John Harvey Snellings; his nephew Jerrod Lon Saunders; his grandparents, Lloyd, Nell Bowling Riggs, Archie and Katherine Snellings; and his cousins, Tara Dawn Snellings and Larry Snellings.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Joyce Snellings Riggs; his brothers, Aaron "Todd" Riggs, EstherSister Sherry (Riggs) and Lon Saunders; his aunts, Margaret Long (Riggs), Becky Smith (Riggs), Aneita Michelle Cameron (Snellings) and Phyliss Snellings; his uncle Melvin Snellings; his siblings' children, Holly Saunders and Austin Riggs; and his cousins, Randy Smith, Tammy Snellings, John, Missy Snellings, Brian, Alice Snellings, Mike Snellings and Christopher "Chris" Love.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel (503 S Main St, Rocky Top, TN 37769). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
