He is survived by : his wife Nancy Blodgett; his daughter Cyndi Belcher; his granddaughter Cheyenne Belcher; and his siblings, Mary Woodcock Shultz (Ned), Devonna Sumner (Bobby), Richard Herbster (Andrea) and David Herbster (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Upper Room Church or to the St. Jude's Children Hospital in Bill's memory.
