He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Campbell and Ruth Singleton Campbell. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Minks of Murfreesboro; and his children, Eugenia Baker of Scottsburg, IN., Michael Dale Campbell of Scottsburg, IN. and Angie Campbell of Shelbyville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
