In loving memory of Anthony D. Bedford of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who departed this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 72. Anthony leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anthony touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. "Bill" Bedford and Martha Tingle Bedford; and his brother Roger Bedford. He is survived by: his children, Kari Sledge (Josh) of Hazel Green, AL and Nathan Bedford of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his sisters, Amanda B. Davis of Lawrenceburg, TN and Rebecca Potts (Joe) of Summertown, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mars Hill United Methodist Church (637 Weakley Creek Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
