He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. "Nick" Perry and Elizabeth Hughes Perry; his siblings, Raymond Perry and Donna Perry McLain; and his grandchild Leyton Headrick.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Jonathan Roy Perry (Laura) of Brentwood, TN, Andrew Charles Perry (Kristen) of Evans, GA and Lori Ann Perry Isbell of Bon Aqua, TN; his siblings, William C. Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Peggy Shaffer and Betty Ann Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN; his brother-in-law Gary Don McLain of Loretto, TN; his grandchildren, Nick Perry (Lindsey), Eliot Perry, Ryan Perry, Tanner Perry, Savannah Headrick, Lindsey Hickok-Perry, Reese Hickok-Perry, Tatum Piper and Zach Headrick; and his great grandchild Myla Headrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to Mars Hill Baptist Church building fund.
