She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Ashmore and Eula Mae Baker Ashmore; and her sister Jean Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Smith of Columbia, TN; her children, Brenda Helms (Nelson) of Lincolnton, NC, Susan Brink of Columbia, TN and Richard Smith (Casper) of Spring Hill, TN; and her grandchildren, Matthew Brink, Jonaustin Brink, Jessica Agostino, John Helms and Kayla Martineau. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
