He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ellis and May Bryant Ellis; his wife Laura Ann Rochelle Ellis; and his daughter Laura Kathleen Witkowski. He is survived by: his son Lawrence Keith Ellis of Howell, MI; his grandchildren, Laura Hulk, James Gower, Jesse Witkowski, Lawrence Kenneth Ellis, Michael Ellis and Judy Ellis; and his siblings, Robert Ellis, Roger Ellis, Fred Ellis, Carol Sue Powers and Ruth Ann Madigan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gandy Church of Christ (954 W Point Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
