Though Mandy Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mandy Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her pawpaw Tommy Wilburn; and her grandfather Raymond Smith. She is survived by: her mother Shelia Luffman; her sister Akelia Luffman; her boyfriend William Seth Rice; her aunts and uncles, Wanda Frazier, Kelly Casagrande (Rodney), Edward Smith (Sherry) and Timothy Smith (Sherry); and her close friend Teresa Esters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 1 great niece, and 1 great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home (501 W Gaines St, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
