He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Osborne and Gladys Osborne; and his siblings, Larry Osborne, Wanda Graham and Billy Wisdom.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Osborne; his children, Jennifer Shaffer (Micheal Davis), Teresa Boyd, Kristy Osborne and Cody Osborne; his sibling's children, Mary Beth Boyd and John Demastus; his grandchildren, Will Shaffer (Bailey), Thomas Shaffer (Selena) and Shayla Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Jace, Everly and Harley Shaffer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (819 N Main St, Mt Pleasant, TN 38474). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
