She is survived by: her children, Emily Laine Myrick Stafford (Guy) and Kalie Elizabeth Myrick Snipes (Waylon); her grandchildren, Will Stafford, Sophie Stafford, Shelby Bearden, Robin Snipes and Jalyn Snipes; and her siblings, Mike Franks (Sudan), Joe Franks (Sherry) and Margaret Ann Franks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Wayne County (104 Hill St, Waynesboro, TN 37096). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Kid's Place Child Advocacy Center, a nonprofit organization serving victims of sexual and severe child abuse.
