She is survived by: her husband Sherman Wesley Brooks of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; her sons, Waylon Cutter and Trapper Flint Brooks of Lawrenceburg; her parents, Amy Armstrong (Chris Phillips) of Murray, Kentucky and Tim Armstrong of Murray, Kentucky; her siblings, Gage, Colby Phillips of Murray and Sydney McGrew (Blake) of Murray; her grandparents, Gary of Murray, Vicki Wallace of Murray, Henry Armstrong of Murray, Toby of Murray, Dondra Turner of Murray, Gedia of Murray and Paul Boisture of Murray; her uncles, Chase Wallace (Anna) of Murray and Chip Edwards of Kirksey, Kentucky; her parents-in-law, Sheila, Steve Travis and Jim Brooks of Lawrenceburg; her brother-in-law Wade Brooks (Mackenzie); her siblings' children, Loxley and Nollie of Lawrenceburg; and her sister-in-law Whitney Cramer (Sean) of Destin, Florida.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gum Springs Baptist Church (1990 Fall River Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either of the following: a trust fund for her sons, Waylon and Trapper, in care of Kyle Doss, 59 Frank Road, Leoma, TN 38468; the Gum Springs Baptist Church Youth Camp, 1990 Fall River Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 (please write "Taylor Brooks" in the memo line).
