He is survived by: his wife Linda Davalene Dixon Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Kent Smith (Cheryl) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Sonya Allred (Kevin) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Brandon Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his siblings, Linda Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN, Pamela Heard of Lawrenceburg, TN, Judy Campbell of Lawrenceburg, TN and Tim Smith of Loretto, TN. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
