She was predeceased by : her parents, Nora Mai Raines and Harley York Sr.; and her siblings, Laura Odell Anderson, Bedford C. York, Harley York Jr. and Wanda Davis Kent.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Putty (Dana) and Penny Kinslow; her grandchildren, Austin Kinslow, Dylan Spicer and Dallas Spicer; and her sisters, Dorothy York Cox, Dianne York Ellis and Betty Brummett.
