She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Kukla and Ann Kukla. She is survived by: her husband David Goode; her sons, David Goode (Tina Schlosser) and Andrew Goode (Kathy); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ann, Aleksander, Jonathan, Oscar and Hope Goode; and her siblings, Kenneth Kukla (Jean) and Charlene Ferguson (Bobby).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Annette’s name.
