He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Lafayette Baskin and Alma Bessie Walls Baskin; his son Gary Lynn Baskin; and his siblings, Billie Baskin Jennings George, Jerry Clay Baskin and Jimmy Dale Baskin.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Everett Baskin; his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Sally Baskin; his grandchildren, Anna Baskin Jones (Chris) and Jonathan Baskin; his great grandchild Walker Jones; and his sister Betty Ann Rollins Fields (John).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
