He was predeceased by : his parents, Emmett Seay and Gertrude Seay; his cousin Sharon Haskins; and his aunt Hazel Williams. He is survived by : his wife Nina Williams Seay; his children, Robert Lincoln Seay, Michael Timothy Seay (Jamie) and Shanna Elizabeth Seay; his grandchildren, Molly Sylvis (Ben), Sydney Seay, Kristofer Hill (Maril Girton), Luka Jett Lish, Lindsey Seay, Savannah Seay and Adelyn Seay; and his great grandchildren, Axel Sylvis and Julian Sylvis.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made in Mr. Seay's memory to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
