He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mary Chesney Morgan and George James Morgan Sr.; and his brother Jim Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Vera Solcova Morgan; his children, Keta Welch (Brandon) of Kansas, Aaron Morgan (Sarah) of Wisconsin and Averyn Morgan of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Brianna, Morgan "Finnleigh", Levi, Lauren and Aiden; and his sisters, Linda Morgan-Clark of Oklahoma and Roseann Dvorak of Idaho.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5905 W 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
