She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Odell Hunter Sr. and Alice Elizabeth Marrs Hunter; and her brother Hugh Odell Hunter Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Roy C. Smith Jr.; her children, Rebecca Smith House (John) and Roy C. Smith III (Georgia); her grandchildren, Preston Roy Smith and Isabel Allison House; and her sisters, Charlotte Dillard and Brenda Lannom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (609 S Maple St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
