He was predeceased by: his brother John MacMullen. He is survived by: his sons, Jordon MacMullen (Ashleigh) and Ty Koster; and his grandchildren, Ireland MacMullen, Lilian MacMullen, Crosby MacMullen and Myah Koster.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (609 S Maple St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
