He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Frances Baines White; his brother Billy Clay White; and his grandparents, Harrison, Ella Baines, James and Alice White.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rogers White; his children, Doug White Jr. (Michelle) and Misty Ball (Jason); his grandchildren, Alex Chastain, Jacob White, Weston White, Peyton Hill of Jerry Douglas, Logan Ball and Brianna Ball; and his siblings, Annette Testamand and Bob White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
