He is survived by: his son David Johnson (Melissa Johnson); his granddaughter Alyssa Ann Proffitt (Levi Proffitt); his great grandchildren, Levi George and Oliver James; his granddaughter Deanna Leigh Johnson (Brandon Brumley); his great grandchildren, David Lee and Zoey Mayleigh Brumley; his siblings, Ray Johnson and Nelli Johnson; his niece Evette Johnson (Karl Godigkeit); his great-nephew Conner; and his stepchildren, Charlie Ramsey (Amy), Ricky Ramsey, Sherri Davis and Debra Christian (Jimmy). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
