He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Fessenden Smith Warde and George S. Warde. He is survived by: his wife Lee K. J. Warde of Lebanon, TN; and his sons, George S. Warde (Sarah Warde) and Andrew E. Warde (Alina Warde). He is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
