He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Hill and Imolene Hill; and his son Cody Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Chrissy Caldwell (Justin); his grandchildren, Evelyn Caldwell and Charlie Caldwell; and his siblings, Brian Hill (Petrina) and Marsha Erwin (Quinton).
