He is survived by: his children, Regina Smith (Matt), Teresa VanHook (Ronnie), Cindy McEntire (Barry), Susan Potter and Phillip Holmes (Denise); his grandchildren, Christopher VanHook, Crystal Fondren, Dewayne Holmes, Valarie Potter, Sarah Potter, Andrew McEntire, Jacob McEntire of Hope McPeak, C. J, Orrand, Dylan Hunsberger and Ryan Smith; his sisters, Betty Whited, Estelle Harp (Jimmy D.), Nancy Harp (Robbie), Mary Colwell (Albert), Judy Lynch (Jimmy), Nora Parker (Jeff) and Linda Webb (Norman); and his close friend Mary Cozart. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
