He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Douglas; and his brother Eric Douglas. He is survived by: his sons, Avery and Adrian Woods; his mother Margaret Ann Richardson; his siblings, Tim (Diana), Thomas Douglas (Evon) and Donna Equakun (Jerry); and his aunts, Betty Douglas and Virginia Majors. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hellum Funeral Chapel (107 Stokes St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
