In the vast expanse of eternity, Jan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Joe Shelton (Randy Locke). She is survived by: her mother Billie Shelton; her son Ross Locke (Anna); her siblings, Mike Shelton (Teresa), Chris Shelton (Diane) and Julie Holland (Ed); and her grandchildren, Abigail and Adelyn Locke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Hope Baptist Church Mission Fund in Jan's memory.
