He was predeceased by : his parents, Grace Reynolds and Raymond Owens; and his brothers, Joseph Martin and Michael Owens. He is survived by : his wife Connie Owens; his daughters, Tara Slee Austin and Melissa Kay Sewell (Scott); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Sewell, Ty Sewell and Ben Sewell.
