He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne and Tabbie Maynard; his siblings, Louise Forkum, Mary Parker, Margaret Clemmons, Jerry Maynard and Sam Maynard; his niece Patricia Clemmons; and his nephews, James "Dink" Barry and Samuel Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Maynard; his children, Tabatha Manshum and Phillip "Chad" Maynard (Melissa); his grandchildren, Leslie Pruett (Ross), Remington "Cody" Maynard (Sidney), Hailey Greer (Ethan), Emiley Manshum (Devin) and Joe Alan Manshum; his great grandchild Brooks Byron Pruett; his sisters, Kathryn Billingsley and Josephine Barry (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Maynard, Billy Warren (Sarah) and Phillip Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
