He is survived by: his significant other Patsy; his children, Jody Vance (Judy), Valerie Horne (Terry), Alesia Waller (Wendell) and Chris Vance (Jeanna); and his siblings, Alice Tubb, June Parkerson (Larry), Ella Sue Midgett (David), Charlotte Jones (Ronald), Jerry Vance (Sandra), Thomas Vance (Kyle) and David Vance (Susie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
