She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Ramsey and Dora Dillard Ramsey; her husband Melvin Kerbo; and her siblings, Elbert H. Ramsey, Kenneth M. Ramsey, Alfred Ramsey, Earl Ramsey, Vera Bay and Frances Ligon.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Martha Stafford, Nancy Rigsby, Linda Joyce Bay, Larry Bay (Jan), Doris Marie Ligon, Danny Ligon (Susie) and Cathy Agee. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, family members and friends.
