She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Odell, Roberta McCaleb, Carrol Ballard and Lorraine Blankenship; and her uncle Johnny Hamilton.
She is survived by: her parents, Valeria Ann McCaleb Ballard of Lebanon, TN. and Ronald Eugene Ballard; her daughters, Haleigh Crite (Chandler) of Castalian Springs and Olivia Gravens (Carsey West) of Hartsville, TN; her sister Christy Ballard Russell (Trent); her grandchildren, Everleigh Crite, Kaison Crite, Brooks and Brynlee West; and her aunts and uncles, Sandra Hamilton of Johnson City, Edgar McCaleb (Linda) of Crossville, TN, Jack McCaleb of Lebanon, TN., Teri Martin of Georgia and Eva Cangemi of Florida.
