She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Walker, Teresa Smith (Robert) and Jackie Chaney; her grandsons, Dale Walker (Marley), Matt Duke (Gabby), Josh Friar (Savannah), CJ Chaney (Deanna) and Charles Chaney; and her great grandchildren, Oakley, Emersyn Duke, Ivory, Iris, Jensen and Isobel Friar.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mrs. Sprinkle's memory to, Faith Forward Fund at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 7463 Hickory Ridge Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
