He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy W. Ashworth and Ophelia Lane Ashworth; and his brothers, Donnie and Eric Ashworth. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joanne Ashworth. He is also survived by one son and three daughters, and his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
