She is survived by : her husband David Cook; her children, Shanda Presley (Kurt), Landon Dunaway, Katharine Saunders and Daniel Cook (Ashley); her daughter-in-law Cindy Cook; her grandchildren, Sam Presley (Faith Jennings), Abby Presley, Nate Presley, Emme Dunaway, Rhett Dunaway, Graham Cook, Ellie Cook, Jack Saunders, Eli Saunders, Bobby Cook Jr. (Yana), Taylor Cook and Hailey Cook; her great grandchild Logan Cook; and her sister Jaqueline Rose.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

Contributions may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Peggy Cook's honor.
