He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Flatt; his grandmother Anita Flatt; and his uncle Stephen Skeen. He is survived by: his mother Holly Skeen Hix (Michael); his siblings, Tori Oakley (Tyler), Kylee Moore, Layla Flatt, Christopher Moore and Caleb Flatt; his grandparents, Tommy, Sharon Skeen and Eddie Flatt; his uncle Charles Skeen (Francine); his aunt Vicki Sorrells; and his nephew Ty Oakley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
