He was predeceased by: his mother Eula Bay; his siblings, Sam Bay, Katie Mae Bay, Nellie Sue Bay and Naomi Jarrell (Tommy); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Driver, Glenn Driver, Dot Driver and Janet Driver; and his nephew Phillip Bay.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bay; his son Dale Bay (Leslie); his grandchildren, Christopher Bay (Trish) and Chelsea Nyce (Gregory); his great grandchildren, Gordon Lee and William Thomas Nyce; his siblings-in-law, J. L. Driver, Alton Driver (Barbara Ann), Wayne Driver (Gayle), Mike Driver (Sharon) and Kathy Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Barbara Ann Driver, Linda Joyce Bay, Larry Bay (Jan) and Ronnie Jarrell (Pat). He is also survived by his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
