He was predeceased by: his parents, Brandon Theodore Hawkes of Waterville, MA and Barbara Rea Smith Hawkes of Lebanon, TN.; his wife Donna Hawkes; and his siblings, Don Smith and Brenda Grandstaff of Lebanon.
He is survived by: his sons, Brandon "Biggy" and Joey Hawkes; his siblings, Mike, Debbie Pedigo Hawkes and Debbie Andrews Pratt of Lebanon; and his aunt Carey Tyson of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
