She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Yoho and Catharine Irene Yoho; her husband Donald "Don" A. Swaney; and her siblings, Neil, Jean, John, Ray and Leann.
She is survived by: her son David A. Swaney; her daughter-in-law Tricia; her grandchildren, Logan and Caitlyn; her siblings-in-law, Norma Yoho (John) and John M. Roth (Leann); her niece Jan Hallmark; and her sister Susan Colella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
The family kindly asks for no flowers/gifts, instead that any donation in Sally's memory be made to Run4Water, a mission her son and grandchildren have been deeply involved in.
