He was predeceased by : his parents, Ada Belle and Ervin Faulkner Moser; his son Charles "Chuck" Floyd Moser; his sister Frances (Moser); his brother-in-law Clay Dixon; his brother Ralph; and his sister-in-law Billie Moser.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Jewell Moser; his children, Deborah "Debbie" Ashe (John) and Robert "Bobby" Moser (Lolita); his grandchildren, Shannon Shockley (Nathanael), Douglas Ashe (Audrey), Carli Clowers (Jackie), Nathan Moser and Katelyn "Katey" Seals (Isiah); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Wyatt, Adaline, Connor, Estelle, Taylor, Madison, Holley Mai, Lucille and Levi.
