He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lillie Mae; his children, Sharron Rankin (Dave), Sherman Wesley "Wes" Leonard Jr. (Darlene), Daniel Leonard (Barbara), Ray Leonard (Joy) and Roy Leonard (Carrie Lynn); and his parents, Myrtle Leonard and Joseph Aaron Leonard. He was also cherished by his 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and many close friends.
