She was predeceased by : her parents, David N. Dixon and Shirley Josephine Hudson Dixon; her husband Tommy Strong; and her brother Cleveland Dixon. She is survived by : her children, Melodie Collier (Jeff) of Lebanon and Dr. Thomas Strong (Jana) of New Orleans, LA; her grandchildren, Luke Collier, Andrew Collier (Brittany), Kathryn Strong Burns (Andrew) and Nathan Strong (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Jack, Madeline Collier, Audrey and Brooks Burns. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Lebanon Senior Citizens Center.
