She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garland and Kathleen Johnson Garland of Nashville, TN; and her children, George Lee Cole and Donna Lynn Cole Harrington. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Cole (Tenisha Esmond), Kathy Cole Julien (Rick) and Andrea Cole; her grandsons, Justin Cole, Brad, Scott Vaughn, Greg Simmons and Dalton Brown; her siblings, Dewey Garland (Melissa), Cornelia Jefferson (Millard) and Daniel Garland; and her son-in-law Stan Harrington.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
