He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Rogers and Martha Huskey Rogers; his brother Edward Lee Rogers; his sister-in-law Ellen Davis Rogers; and his grandparents, John Rogers, Mary Jennings Rogers, Jason Columbus Huskey and Ella Shelton Huskey.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Davis Rogers; his children, Marty Rogers, Chris Rogers (Lea Ann) and Melissa Rice Campbell (Clyde); his grandchildren, Cole Rogers (Chelsea), Chandler Rogers, Mikenah Rogers, Macy Rogers, Caden Rogers (Carson), Erika Rogers, Tristan Rice and Brady Rogers; his great grandchildren, Cennedy Rogers and Case Rogers; his niece Nancy Rogers Holmes (David); and his friends, Gary Hudson, Eddie Stamps, Mike Easter and Jack James. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
