He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Lowe Stevens Mitchell; and his siblings, Gilbert Stevens, Wanda Stevens, Tommy Stevens, Michael Stevens, Bonnie Lowe Atkins, Lowell Stevens and Norma Stevens Knox.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel Raymer Lowe; his daughters, Debra Lowe Jenkins and Jennifer Lowe Avila; his grandchildren, Kaylen Sandlin, Katelyn Jenkins, Kaleb Kelley, Rebecca Jenkins, Kaden Avila, Kasen Avila and Robert Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Audrey Mae Jenkins and Isla Mae Fedderson; his siblings, Jakie Stevens, Phyllis Lowe Cardin and Houston Lowe; and his son-in-law David Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
